Why should I buy the full body capture bundle over separate mocap tools?
For two reasons: capturing body, fingers and face at the same time, with data that is in sync, is not to take for granted. The amount of time you and effort you will save both in capturing the performances you want and in post-production is enormous. The second reason is that the bundle allows you to save quite a lot over purchasing each mocap tool separately.
What if I don't like the mocap tools, can I return them?
All our products come with a 30-day trial guarantee: once your order is delivered to you, you have 30 days to test the mocap gear and decide if you want to keep it or send it back to us for a refund, no questions asked (return costs for shipping are not covered).
Do you ship globally?
We ship worldwide from our office in Denmark, no matter where you are located in the world. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email when we ship your order.

Do I need to buy a battery / powerbank?
Yes. For customs reasons, we are not able to ship Lithium batteries, necessary to power the Smartsuit Pro and Smartgloves. You likely already own such a powerbank, but if not here are battery recommendations for the Smartsuit Pro and here are battery recommendations for the Smartgloves
How much is the Studio software license?
Rokoko Studio is free to download and use on the basic features: recording and exporting of mocap data. Advanced features like real-time streaming to external 3D software with our plugin integrations require a “Plus” subscription or higher (the Full Performance Capture bundle includes a 1-year "Pro" license). I think it's too expensive, can I pay in monthly instalments with partial payments?
Our mission is to enable everyone with the power of animation. Typically, high quality motion capture has cost tens of thousands of dollars, if not much more, and we’re investing heavily to make sure we can bring studio-quality motion capture at a much cheaper price.
