We ship worldwide from our office in Denmark, no matter where you are located in the world. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email when we ship your order.

What other mocap tools are the Smartgloves compatible with?
The Smartgloves can be paired with the Smartsuit Pro II for body tracking, Rokoko Face Capture for face tracking and the Coil Pro to gain absolute positioning for fingers, all operated in a seamless, synced and real-time environment through Rokoko Studio.
For users that already use mocap tools from other brands, whether optical or sensor based, the Smartgloves can likely be added to their pipeline as well thanks to our real-time integration plugins to all major 3D animation tools and game engines.
Do I need to buy a battery / powerbank?
Yes. For customs reasons, we are not able to ship Lithium batteries, necessary to power the Smartgloves. You likely already own such a powerbank, but if not here are battery recommendations.
What is EMF sensor technology?
EMF stands for electro-magnetic field, which our engineering team has leveraged to capture absolute positioning of the fingers. A small coil placed on the top of the Smartgloves creates a local magnetic field that the EMF sensors, combined with sophisticated algorithms, leverage to improve tracking accuracy. Combining data of traditional IMU sensors with EMF sensors allows us to provide the highest possible quality of hardware tracking in a sensor based system.
What is the cost of your Studio software?
Rokoko Studio is free to download and use on the basic features: recording and exporting of mocap data. Advanced features like real-time streaming to external 3D software with our plugin integrations requires a “Plus” subscription or higher (our bundles, like the Full Performance Capture bundle, include a 1-year "Pro" license). What if I don't like the gloves, can I return them?
All our products come with a 30-day trial guarantee: once your order is delivered to you, you have 30 days to test the mocap gear and decide if you want to keep it or send it back to us for a refund, no questions asked (return costs for shipping are not covered).
I think it's too expensive, can I pay in monthly instalments with partial payments?
