Face Capture is now part of our Rokoko Pro plan

At Rokoko, we’re always looking for ways to make motion capture easier, more powerful, and accessible to everyone. That’s why we’re excited to announce a major update that will help creators unlock their characters’ full potential: As of today, Face Capture, which used to require an additional cost of $480 per year, is now included in our Studio Pro plan at no extra charge.

Headcam: the ultimate lightweight face capture device

This update aligns with the launch and shipping of our Rokoko Headcam, designed to work with our Android Face Capture app. With Studio Pro, you can live-stream your facial expressions directly into your 3D tool of choice, making it easier than ever to capture both body, fingers, and face in real-time with our Full Performance Capture bundle. With this change, we have eliminated our subscription add-ons altogether.

What does this mean for current Face Capture subscribers?

If you’ve already subscribed to the Face Capture add-on, don’t worry—you’re covered! All current Face Capture users will continue to have access to it until your plan expires. Afterwards, if you’re on a Plus plan, you’ll need to upgrade to a Pro plan, and if you’re on a Pro plan already, you’ll be able to continue using Face Capture for no extra cost.
